Chamber Cardio, Inc. Terms of Use

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Unchearted by Chamber Cardio website located at the URL, unchearted.care, the Unchearted mobile and web applications, and the text messaging program described below (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by Chamber Cardio, Inc. (“Chamber Cardio,” “Chamber,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Not for Emergencies

The Services are not for emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, including chest pain, shortness of breath, fainting, or symptoms of a stroke, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use the app, email, or text messages to request urgent care. Messages are not monitored around the clock, and a reply may be delayed.

Medical Information and Your Care Team

Clinical care is provided by licensed clinicians on your care team, who use their own professional judgment. General content in the Services, including educational materials, activities, reminders, and readings, is for information only and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified clinician. Always follow the instructions of your care team and ask them about any questions you have regarding a medical condition or medication.

Some features use artificial intelligence, including Amber AI. AI features are always labeled as AI, can make mistakes, and do not replace your clinician. Do not make changes to your medications or treatment based only on AI-generated content.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of a patient, to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and devices secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@unchearted.care if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Privacy and Health Information

Chamber Cardio protects health information as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and other applicable laws. How we use and disclose your protected health information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available on request at support@unchearted.care. How we handle information collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy. If these Terms conflict with our Notice of Privacy Practices about your protected health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

Email, text messages, and other electronic communications may not be secure. By choosing to communicate with us electronically, you accept that risk. Please limit sensitive health details in text messages and use the secure messaging features of the app where available.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you opt in on our text message sign-up page or otherwise provide consent, you agree to receive text messages from Chamber about your heart care, including appointment reminders, care team check-ins, and updates about your care program. Our text messages are sent through our communications provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services for any unlawful purpose; access another person’s account or information without authorization; upload harmful code or interfere with the security or operation of the Services; scrape, copy, or reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by law; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship with any person.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks such as Unchearted, Amber AI, and Chamber Cardio, are owned by Chamber Cardio or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own care. No other rights are granted.

Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or link to services provided by third parties, such as app stores, device and wearable makers, and communications providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services, and Chamber Cardio is not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

Except as required by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available, or that any reading, reminder, or message will be delivered.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chamber Cardio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for the professional services of licensed clinicians.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chamber Cardio from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if needed to protect the Services or other users. Ending access to the Services does not affect medical records that we are required by law to keep.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms at this location and change the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
